Wednesday was a big day. On Wednesday, September 22nd I completed the first draft of The Vagabond Law. This marks the first time that I’ve completed the first draft of a full novel. It feels amazing. The book has a beginning, middle, and end! It has characters that develop! Plots that…plot? Anyways I’m now anticipating editing the book and really putting it all together. There’s still a lot of work yet to be done, but I can’t wait to dive in!

In the meantime, I’m also beginning to outline the second Local Heroes novel The Masked Ones. I’m hoping to jump right into drafting that for NaNoWriMo this November. Maybe this year I’ll even “win”. Well, I can always dream.

Well, that’s all for now from my headquarters at the Last Chance Tavern. My table is in the back by the window. Have a great weekend and JUST KEEP WRITING!
