For the past year or so I’ve been working on the Local Heroes series. I imagined it as a serial novel following the adventures of working heroes as they try to do good and pay the bills. These stories are less “save the world” than they are “save a village” or “solve a mystery”. I try to instill a lot of action, adventure, and heart into each episode and hope that it shines through in my writing.
